José Ferrero
Born in León on 02-20-1959. He moved to Asturias in 1963 where he currently resides.
Self-taught, his training began in photography in 1982. However he made incursions into various artistic facets: engraving, painting, cinema, video, theater, ceramics…
Graduated in Plastic Arts, specialty of Engraving and Stamping Techniques.
Professor of photography and Reproduction Techniques at the Oviedo School of Art from 1990-2002.
Professor of Photography at the Higher School of Art of Asturias (Avilés) from 2003 until his retirement in 2019.
