Lisardo

Since he debuted in 2002 at the Vértice gallery with his ‘Built Geographies’, Lisardo has participated in several collective adventures, starring in several editions of the Arco fair and in various exhibitions. Among the first, one in the rooms of Cajastur in 2002 stood out, as well as that of the Fruela gallery (Madrid, 2004). After his beginnings within the orbit of neoplasticism and geometric abstraction, that Madrid exhibition (‘Also the thirst’) presented his first ‘white’ canvases, whose frugality already referred to an ‘oriental’ way of understanding art, assuming the work as part of a road, or a desert of sand.

He recently exhibited at the Llamazares Gallery and in the As Quintas exhibition hall in La Caridad.
